Our sessions combine mindful movement, breathwork, and guided relaxation to support both your physical and emotional well-being.
All you really need is comfortable clothing and a willingness to take care of yourself. A yoga mat and water bottle are helpful.
No experience is necessary! My programs are open to all levels.
