I am a certified Dharma and Spiritual Life Coach, 500 Hour Yoga Teacher, and trained in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy, Applied Polyvagal Theory in Yoga, and AYAMA neuromuscular activation.

What is embodied coaching?

Embodied coaching, sometimes called somatic coaching, is a body centered approach to personal growth and transformation. Rather than focusing only on thoughts or mindset, this work supports you in listening to the wisdom held in your body where stress patterns, protective responses, and emotional habits often live.

Through guided movement, breath, awareness, and reflection, embodied coaching helps you gently uncover the unconscious ways your nervous system has learned to cope with pressure. As those patterns soften, you gain greater choice, clarity, emotional steadiness, and alignment with how you truly want to live and lead.

This work is especially supportive for women who are high functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck internally. It allows change to happen from the inside out.

What is the difference between somatic therapy and embodied yoga life coaching?

This is an important and thoughtful question.

Somatic therapy is clinical work led by licensed therapists and is specifically focused on healing trauma and mental health conditions.

Embodied yoga life coaching is supportive, educational, and growth oriented. While old emotional patterns can naturally surface as the body begins to feel safer, the intention is not to treat or diagnose. Instead, we focus on helping you build new capacities: grounding, emotional steadiness, boundaries, self trust, and alignment with what truly matters to you.

If deep trauma healing is your primary need, I will always honor that and gently guide you toward a licensed somatic therapist. My role is to support your embodied growth and nervous system regulation in a safe, caring, and non clinical container.

I live with depression, anxiety, ADHD, or bipolar disorder. Is this work appropriate for me?

Somatic work can open emotional layers, so having clinical support alongside coaching helps ensure you are fully held.

We always begin with an intake conversation to explore your needs and readiness. If I feel another level of care would better support you, I will communicate that gently and provide trusted referrals.

My priority is never enrollment, it is making sure you receive the right support for your whole self.

Can I book just one or two embodied yoga life coaching sessions?

I completely understand the desire to “try a session” first. Embodied coaching, however, is a gentle and cumulative process that works with your nervous system over time. Real change happens through repetition, safety, and integration, not quick fixes.

For that reason, I hold all private coaching within a 10 session container so your body has the time and support it needs to truly shift patterns and build lasting regulation. This structure is intentional and protective, not restrictive. It ensures you are deeply supported rather than left mid process.

Why is embodied coaching powerful for women in leadership or high responsibility roles?

Women who carry leadership, caregiving, or professional responsibility often live in chronic overdrive. The body adapts by tightening, pushing, suppressing emotions, and staying hyper alert in order to keep everything running.

Embodied coaching helps interrupt those survival patterns and build new ones rooted in safety, boundaries, grounded decision making, and sustainable energy.

As regulation increases, women often experience:

-Greater emotional balance under pressure

-Clearer boundaries without guilt

-Stronger intuition and self trust

-More ease in communication and relationships

-The ability to lead without burning themselves out

It is not about doing more. It is about creating internal support so your body is no longer working against you.

I’m not an entrepreneur. Is this work still for me?

Yes. While somatic methods are often used in entrepreneurial spaces, my work is intentionally designed for professional women across many roles including educators, healthcare workers, corporate leaders, caregivers, and high achievers navigating stress, burnout, or life transitions.

This space centers emotional regulation, inner safety, and embodied self trust, not business strategy or coaching certification. If you are a woman who feels the weight of responsibility in your body and longs to feel grounded and supported from within, this work is for you.

You don’t need to become someone new.

You need the internal conditions that allow your New Self to emerge naturally.
